1. What is the goal of having a 15-minute long free session before starting the lessons? What would be done in this session?
In the 15-minute session we aim to acknowledge your goals regarding the course, as well as your level and needs. Furthermore, we show you how we work, what tools we use and what other activities do we offer besides the lessons.
2- What benefits are included in the course's price?
Among the benefits you may find the language and culture workshops we do every month (cinema, music, phonetics, literature, etc.), the conversation gatherings, the tools for the courses and the initial 15-minute session where we evaluate your level on the language you want to study and present our approach for the courses.
3. How do I pay for the lessons? What happens if I no longer can attend them?
The lessons consist of a prepayment. It is necessary to buy a package of at least 10 hours. Purchases of packages that last 20 hours or more are eligible for a discount. If you no longer can continue, the amount you paid for will remain available for future courses.
4. How may I proceed if I need to cancel/postpone a lesson?
Cancelations must be informed within at least 10 hours before each lesson, in order for them to be rescheduled.
