Yes, this is one of the most common mental blocks. Learning a new language is also an emotional process where the fear of making mistakes and anxiety often arise. At u-lenguas, we address this aspect in two ways:

Personalized format: We offer individual classes or groups of up to four people to create a safe, supportive environment completely free of pressure.

Active and relaxed approach: We help you see mistakes as a natural part of learning. We incorporate simple relaxation and breathing techniques before and during practice so you can speak calmly, release tension, and express yourself with true fluency.

In the 15-minute session we aim to acknowledge your goals regarding the course, as well as your level and needs. Furthermore, we show you how we work, what tools we use and what other activities do we offer besides the lessons.

Among the benefits you may find the language and culture workshops we do every month (cinema, music, phonetics, literature, etc.), the conversation gatherings, the tools for the courses and the initial 15-minute session where we evaluate your level on the language you want to study and present our approach for the courses.

The lessons consist of a prepayment. It is necessary to buy a package of at least 10 hours. Purchases of packages that last 20 hours or more are eligible for a discount. If you no longer can continue, the amount you paid for will remain available for future courses.

Cancelations must be informed within at least 10 hours before each lesson, in order for them to be rescheduled.
