Terms and conditions

- Payment for classes must be made in advance. A minimum of 10 hours is required. A discount is offered for packages of 20 hours or more.

- In case of withdrawal, the student must notify the instructor in advance and be up-to-date with payments.

- Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals. However, the amount paid can be used for future courses.

- In group courses, missed classes cannot be made up. If a student is repeatedly absent or does not complete assignments, they will be required to take support classes (at a reduced cost) or change groups.

- For private classes, cancellations must be communicated at least 10 hours in advance; otherwise, the class hours will be forfeited.
